What’s In My Cart for the 2022/2023 Training Season

This training season looks a little different than most! I’m hitting a quick road to a speedy fall while beginning to increase mileage and send myself into back-to-back-to-back long runs to accommodate two ultras in 2023! With that being said, strength training and recovery will be critical and we’re investing in ourselves this year.



For the 2022 - 2023 season we’re focused on:

  • Clothing that can double as comfort wear on rest days and casual wear for running errands after a sweat sesh.

  • Maximizing recovery by utilizing tools to enhance tough training cycles. This will help prevent injury and ensures we’re back on the road with little down time.

  • Food prep and nutrition is key to setting yourself up for success. Using sustainable containers that do not use harmful chemicals and are easy to take along will be helpful in keeping up with caloric intake.

  • Weights that can travel and pack small for on the go. There are no excuses for missing out on strength training this year!
