These are the items that I added to my closet for the upcoming training season and it includes some of my absolute favorites. I really enjoy running in their leggings because it keeps everything feeling tight like a second-skin without feeling suffocating. I love the high waist on these leggings, the cropped ankle, and the fact that they have side drop-in pockets.

This is one of my favorite sports bras! It offers a medium-impact support and is perfect for sizes AA - C (having a small chest it's often hard to find sports bras that fit properly). I went with the Burt Topaz color but there's also a beautiful blue color that's included in the Anniversary Sale.

I love the Zella line and came across this lightweight hoodie with pockets. It's the perfect piece to keep in the car to throw on as you go for a cup of coffee. I love the ribbing and the drawstring hood which is nice to keep on hand for those summer rain storms. I have heard that this hoodie runs a bit small, order one size up.

The Zella Aero Shorts unfortunately are not included in the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale BUT they were a good price for running shorts (and I have had a hard time finding good shorts with a liner) so I thought I would include this find in the 2021 Shopping Guide. They are sleek, sporty and have a hidden zip pocket in the back to stash your running essentials.

I was hesitant to buy these because I'm not a big biker shorts fan (I always find that they are too tight around my thigh) but I wanted to give these a try. These mid-rise shorts are moisture-wicking, which caught my attention, and help keep you cool, dry and comfortable for even the most intense training sessions. I fell in love with the Dark Pony/White color and added these to my cart! Just a side note, I sized up from an XS to a size small to avoid an overly tight compression around the legs.
